Starting Wednesday, December 17th, we will be implementing additional security measures to continue to safeguard your personal financial information as we provide you with more and more new internet banking features in 2009.
Effective Wednesday, you will be asked to answer a random question in addition to your password. This question can range from your favorite movie, to your favorite sports, your favorite color, your spouse's middle name, or the name of your first pet, and you'll get to decide what the right answer should be when you use this feature for the first time. As part of this extended security update, you will also be required to change your password periodically. This password change will require you enter a unique password each time, which means that you cannot use the same password twice in a row. We will not require you to change your password too often, but please understand that changing your password frequently is a big deterrent to anyone who tries to get into your account, and that is why we're requiring it to be changed periodically.
