Membership is open to all who are:

• Employees, doctors, medical staff, & technicians of United Health Services Inc., and its affiliates which include United Health Services Hospitals, Inc., Ideal Senior Living Center, Ideal Senior Living Center Housing Corporation, Professional Home Care, Twin Tier Home Health, Family Care Centers, Binghamton, Johnson City, Candor, Windsor, Deposit, Pathway Health Management, who work in or are paid from Binghamton, Johnson City or Endicott, New York; and volunteers who work at United Health Services, Inc.;
• Employees of Tier Orthopedic Associates, P.C. who work in Binghamton, NY
• Employees of Plastic Surgeons of the Southern Tier, P.C. who work in Binghamton, NY
• Employees of Guthrie Clinic who work in Vestal or Maine, NY.
• Employees of United MedManagement or United Medical Associates, P.C., subsidiaries of United Health Services, Inc. who work in or are paid from Johnson City, NY.
• Employees of Aramark who work at United Health Services, Inc. facilities in Broome County, New York; employees of Morris Protective Service, Inc. who work at United Health Services, Inc. facilities in Broome County, New York; employees of Sodexho Health Care Services who work at United Health Services, Inc. facilities in Broome County, New York;
• Retirees or those who are pensioners or annuitants from any of the above employment
• Members of the immediate family or household of any current member of this Credit Union
• Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this Credit Union
• Employees of this Credit Union
• Organizations composed of members of this Credit Union and/or persons within the field of membership of this Credit Union.
• Any corporate or legal entity listed above.
